G’day I’m Rowan.

I am the owner and director of Ridgy Didge Electrical, a new age solution to all your energy needs!

As long as I can remember I have been interested in the way the world works, so working in the technical field seemed a natural fit for me!

I started my journey in the electrical industry in Sydney at the beginning of 2016, shortly after graduating high school. I worked in the commercial/industrial sector for the first 7 years of my career, catering to high profile and national clientele.

The stress that COVID and the associating lockdowns brought led to me re-evaluating my life and what I truly valued. Living in a big, fast paced city wasn’t for me. I no longer wanted to be stuck in a never ending rat race, where it felt like there was no room to enjoy getting in touch with nature and the world around us.

After relocating to Tamborine Mountain in 2022, I found a certain peace I never had before. I learnt what was really important in this life, and a large part of that is the people around you.

I opened my business Ridgy Didge Electrical to cater to my beautiful community that I have become ingratiated in.

I love speaking to the people I meet, listening to their unique stories. I have had an incredible shift in perspective since living on the Mountain. My passion for what I do is demonstrated through the high standard of work I insist on providing for all my loyal clients.
